Hotma R. Pasaribu formerly served as board member of Education (2014-2017), now he serves as a board member of Program PMI Indonesia Chapter which he can contribute more in his new role. He believes that Indonesia needs a lot of Project Management practitioners, that's why he still an active PMP Mentor in PMIIC.

With more than 24 years of professional experiences in IT industries background on both national and multi-national companies, such as Consulting Services, Education and IT Training, Hospitality Industries, Banking, and Telecommunication, his specialization and expertise is in Business Intelligence, SharePoint and Enterprise Project and Portfolio Management, and he’s a holder of Microsoft MCT credential since 2002.

With previous career as a PMO Head, currently he's managing break-through projects in Indonesian Oil and Gas Company. He loves to travel, and playing guitar and piano as a hobby.
