DESCRIPTION

The PMP certification is an essential professional requirement for senior project manager roles across all industries. The PMP course is best suited for: Project Managers, Associate/Assistant Project Managers, Team Leads/Team Managers, Project Executives/Project Engineers, Software Developers, any professional aspiring to be a Project Manager.

TARGET AUDIENCE

This course is intended for Project managers and Team Leaders working in any industry, who are wishing to become familiar with the PMI’s approach to Project Management or are intending to take the PMI / PMP Examination.

COURSE OBJECTIVES

This course aims to provide a complete and practical understanding of the PMI Body of knowledge and the implications of applying it to projects of different types and sizes. The course will prepare participants for the PMI Project Management Professional examination which can be taken later. This course will enable delegates to:

• Implement appropriately the PMI project management process

PRE-REQUISITES

You should have a secondary degree (i.e., high school diploma, associate degree or the global equivalent) with 7,500 hours leading and directing projects along with 35 hours of project management education.
